That might generate a little 'scam traction' before the SEC steps in to put the kibosh on yet another fake marijuana stock.

But, Ken may be staying away from saying EGOH is a pot stock for that reason, to avoid the heightened scrutiny being given to pot stocks of late, especially the penny stocks promising too-da-moon 'highs' (stock-price wise).
