IMO Derek will not reverse split before 2 things:

1- The feds reschedule

2- It is time to uplist

Derek has said that basically when it was time to up list he would consider the RS.

This is straight from the CEO's mouth.

To me it would make no sense what so ever, and would create bad press to RS before then.

There is just is no need to do that except for criminal greed.

They now know this company can be just as profitable to them fly straight.
