I actually read the Amendment Peterson filed - not just the 8-K.

Peterson didn't do anything to protect the shareholders for a reverse split.

Plus, how many times have the insiders gifted themselves more shares.

When they do a reverse split only the retail shareholders will be harmed.

There will be a reverse split within the next 90 days.
