You're right...MM-CDEL, along with CSTI, CANT, etc are pets of SOB MM_NITE...most of the time (beside representing real buyers/sellers)...they would short (naked leprechauning)...and sometime, would also influence MM_ETRF (which often represent Eturd)...would do all kind of dirty stuff...

This stock needs a strong institutional investor...or some big group of traders to help it move up...
