CDEL is infamous for killing most every run on the OTC with his unlimited amounts of vapor shares. Creates fear and covers his vapor trades as retail bail into the BID.
He covers his vapor trades on retail fear and banks in the spread.

And why not, he has 3 days to find shares?
The 3 day rule is from the 1970s. No reason for it today.
CDEL uses it the most.

I'm thinking the Company should not have made that pre QB pr.
Should have only mentioned it when it happened.

OTC stocks like surprises. They don't like events PRed to death.
Depending what happens in here, will dictate my advise to my other's CEO about updates on it's talked to death Audited K and QB upgrade.
