Some could think this might be the acquisition that Interloc might do after its spinoff ... but I think it could be another one mentioned in same article snipped below. Reason I think so because if like laws in my state you can be in two different alcohol tier systems so he would need to separate it into another company before purchasing this one and still be able to sell alcohol in restaurants.
