Now that the last drop overflowed the bucket and the last straw of June the 30th, 2017 horrendous libel from BCSC to me and MSX, broke the Chilean Judicial camel's back. By delivering a severe blow to the aspirations at anyone at BCSC, having the legal ability to go after MSX or me as done, in libel, all along.

Enough of pretending to be me, or own what I own, the legalized right over Mina Pascua areas, with Barrick sporting fraud to the Courts including the Supreme Court of Chile in cases C-1912-2001 and case 23178-2014, whereat Barrick is the admitted found employer of the thief and in C-1912-2001 does not know the thief of Mina Pascua Chile.

BCSC had a duty, to listen to MSX and me, as their mandate includes arbitrary decisions made under reasonable doubt", BCSC, TSX applied soft hand to Barrick's crimes and hard hand v. Chilean Court decisions and my MINA PASCUA CHILE injunction, which remains duly registered on title at TESOROS, AMARILLOS SUR and AMARILLOS NORTE of 1996 and AMARILLOS SUR and AMARILLOS NORTE as per Judgement of 2006. The same Judgment that shall see its restoration in full, as Barrick has zero political capital left.

I hereby declare that I am not allowing BCSC to meddle in legal matters where they are my witness and my client MSX and MWR are THE VICTIM. BCSC, TSX and politicians called from Canada, in my books "had an option Sir".

Restoration and restitution is what it is all about.

Barrick hid the losses very well and we waited and waited for the team of liars to alert BCSC what was coming down the pike.

The crooks stepped up their phony applications and were here see? see? we are beating MSX, shut them down, client and all. And?

All what BCSC has, is a lunatic, extremely agitated crook, taking honors for the crimes? No wonder Chile Courts want to clean up tis type of garbage from financial markets.

I have now my translation approved after corrections were made by me, to the actual Court text of the demand, as translated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The accuracy of my Spanish to Legal English translation, prevailed.

Nevertheless, such is a mere formality. hence, the BCSC insiders are able to get their own legal interpretation of the Chilean charges, by retaining immediate legal counsel in Chile as they will soon find out, that they were NOT immune from prosecution.

I was busy wrapping the last 4 called in a rush, to demonstrate what a live trial is all about. No hanky-panky, straight up law enforcement on the fly v. BCSC insiders.

It is highly unfair and simply an act of cowards, to have withdrawn the aggravated libel, as if it was never printed by the media, or delivered to Court before they got a wind we were about to call them as immediately as done.

So BCSC is calling MSX in August 2017? MSX shall be there very well represented by its flamboyant VICTIM of BCSC.

One thing is to attend proceedings, another for MSX to be legally allowed by me or Judicial system of Chile to talk to BCSC regarding my private trials matters.

No problem BCSC, we shall make it easy for you and for the public to discover the wisdom of Chilean Court proceedings against you as a gang with Barrick, hidden from MSX and the public in Canada, 2016 and 2017 by your racket.

Thanks to the Chilean Judicial system for sending a very strong message to BCSC that I pose the questions in Court in my Trial, and BCSC, TSX, Canadian politicians must do the sincere talking or contempt shall ensue.

This is a final warning to BCSC that it should team up with TSX, IROC and RCMP-IMET to stop Barrick or be forever in deception of the Canadian financial markets in Pascua Lama Ponzi.

It is with great pleasure, that I hereby confirm that BCSC has been legally impeached from forcing from a VICTIM information about their own legal charges in Chile. That VICTIM is my client MSX.

BCSC libeled me and our mutual Chilean Lawyer for the transaction with MSX, June 30th, 2017.

July 17th, 2017, the Chilean Judicial system saw enough evidence to call the infamous author of the now very aggravated LIBEL.

Alongside are his sidekicks and cohorts in charge of the racket in BCSC.
