Thank you L&L, I'm not very good with filings but did I read this correct?

We purchase Big Red with 12 million in revenues for just $500,000 that will be paid in $6000 a month interest free till its paid off?

There is also a wells fargo bank loan for about $700,000 for leases and trucks and things like that

Am I right? WOW!!!
