You best bet would be if the company was diluting, but the chances are they are done or have very little left, which is being sold in a controlled manner
I don't see this reverse slip you are referring to anytime in the near future and this is not heavy diluting.
I'm sorry, but you got played a little by the people trying to bring this stock down by messing up the chart, they might succeed for a few days but it never lasts. The fundamentals are too strong here
