I beg to disagree. I thought Art did a great job at trial - I listened to every minute. I thought he was absolutely persuasive. He hammered JPM. The Weil attorney representing JPM sounded like a child. And for whatever reason, we lost. That's what happens in litigation - anything can happen. Personally, I think it was because the Judge didn't want to complicate the resolution of the entire estate, but that's just conjecture.

Art left because his clients pulled the plug on him - not because he had anything to do with JPM. If he did, he could not represent us in court due to legal ethics constraints.
