The nature of a mining Option and a Mining contract.

Option, will of the parties under contractually specified terms, to start a mutual contractual relationship, leading to a permanent contract.

Mining Option payments, are non refundable, 100% applicable to the contract. Unfettered money paid to asset owner by client.

The Option, much like any concession in free areas from day one in Chile, do grant the right over the minerals and areas UTM that form part of the contracted obligation.

Hence the rights to damages have emanated for MWR, MSX and JRL.

MWR and MSX for damages in realizing the full potential of its contracted business.

For JRL arising from damages of loss of income and enjoyment of life

The Option guarantees the right to contract.

The Contractor, is a party that has to have legal rights acknowledged by the Chilean Judicial system, as mining concessions and titles are judicial acts.

A Judge orders the concessions to be or die in accordance to Chilean Mining Legislation. The Mines Commissioner obliges and acts as curator at the same time, for mining and real state.

In a contract, a party is supposed to own the assets, unlike Barrick in PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL or all its illegal acts tied to transactions sponsored by BCSC, TSX and NYSE, all backed up by a USD1.05 foreign investment on record.

Summing up.

The Option was valid and contracted as outlined in the Chilean Court decision on damages, lost in Appeals Court by Barrick, never published as the final nail in their coffin.

They are done, so are BCSC and TSX insiders.

Barrick contracted with Silver Wheaton, Silver it never owned.

Bandits and good guys, what a theme.
