newgold... good to see that you recognize the status of MSX:

... a delisted company that has not traded in over 2 years... this dead and never to be resurrected stock.

You're absolutely correct. And WHO is responsible for that? WHO should've provided the shareholders with a long overdue AGM... as a basic courtesy to shareholders... live and in person... and answered questions BEFORE the company and stock were killed and delisted? WHO was responsible for releasing accurate disclosures and news releases, and for filing the mandatory financials and reports with the appropriate regulators and exchanges to avoid trading suspensions and ultimately, delisting? It wasn't Peter Munk, or Brian Mulroney, or Randal Oliphant, or Patrick Garver, or Phyllis Sybil Stacker Honey, or any of the dozens of other individuals or entities that have been suggested on this board.

Nope... it was Brent Johnson, president and CEO. That is where the responsibility lies for the current status of MSX IMO. And if, as you said, the stock is truly dead and delisted and never to be resurrected again... not to mention with an empty treasury... WHO should answer to that? Perhaps the BCSC will be able to draw out some answers if Brent decides to show up to his hearing and cooperate with them. I won't hold my breath for that though.

As long as those facts remain, and as long as Brent isn't forced to account for his responsibility for those facts, there will be posters here with guns in hand and shooting this dead and never to be resurrected stock... providing a dose of reality to anybody who cares to read about it.

And as long as JRLopehandia/consolidator continues to offer his fanciful opinions and so-called facts, I suspect that there will be someone here to contradict that erratic obfuscation with the simple truth and with honest facts.
