Bluezie, your playing both sides of the fence with this thought process. IF there's a safe harbor process AND wamu's assets were placed there, it's because they were separate from WMB. You may not find where this is spelled out, but if this process was used it's because it's separate from the banking responsibilities and the estate holders will enjoy the fruit.
I bought Kmart/Sears when it was 35 a share. I remember feeling bad for those canceled shareholders but enjoyed the ride. This might dwarf that experience...
