Looks like November trial and jury as well, the Defendants don't have a leg to stand on.

Then why have a trial? Why doesn't the Plaintiff ask the judge to rule today or tomorrow in a directed verdict in order to save all TAUG interested parties the need to view the same statements day in and day out?
