NO BS in this PR at all. It means the sky is the limit on the new contracts, they are blank check contracts where the hourly rate and terms are all agreed too, and the telecoms just place orders as needed one cell tower or group of towers perhaps city by city at a time, and so the revenues climbs all year. You can not put a revenue dollar cap on that kind of contract.

That is sort of how Microsoft would have a PR'd their new business when they started the company with a contract with IBM for an as yet build MS-Dos operating system, and we all know how that turned out
