...the point is the 'similarities' and/or structure and the shared common management of Zabaikalzoloto (that of Mr. Feldbush, the partnerships established with Barrick Gold and the uncommonly known backing it appears of Barrick to Zabaikalzoloto...etc

...….The Aurus Corp family of enterprises and properties under Zabaikalbeoprom are just on a much grander scale than that of the Highland Gold's Zabaikalzoloto…

...Not to mention the caliber and the number of Russian Government Mgmt team members the Aurus Holding Corp strucure has! ;)
