That's right, and its a "project engineering" company. From the 2003 annual report:

Zabaikalzoloto Project
In October 2003 the Group acquired 100% of OOO Zabaikalzoloto Project for total consideration of US$ 0.1 million.
The company is licensed to perform construction engineering design work and is fully used for providing services
within the Group.

They use the company to performing mining engineering and construction. I HARDLY think this is to Highland as Zabaikalgeoprom is to Aurus!

I was just wondering if there was any connection. If are not able to shed light on that, it's fine. I just wanted to ask.
