Chart example: Lets look at a stock in the MJ sector now.

I do not own this stock, nor did i include the most recent trading days... This is a just a cut out section of the chart to show how worthless the RSI is during periods of strong momo.... ESPECIALLY a penny stock in a red hot sector

The RSI on this stock crossed 70 (overbought) when it was .005... and it did not drop under 70 until it was .05.

If someone would have bailed on the stock below, because the RSI was overheated, they would have missed a massive percentage gain...

The MJ sector is THE hottest growth sector in a decade++, you will see many charts overextend when they get hot... If you want to incorporate TA into your investing strategy, you have to have a broader understanding. MOST people that claim to be knowledgeable about TA, really aren't...
