What would level 2 have to do with dilution? Does anyone think MM's could possibly manipulate level 2 to make it look like how they want? So 31 million more shares were issued last week?
If so, Big F'ing deal. You may not have heard the news, but the company just Closed on an acquisition that makes $12 million a year and the financing is through a BANK that's been around since the 1920's, so they may need some more funds to possibly acquire another company down the road. In other words, GROW the company. Constructive Dilution is a lot different then Pump and Dump dilution.
