A letter to the effect was submitted for visual reference...

The e mail address was redacted to protect the mailing address of the director who resigned. Twice, this was displayed; in reverse fashion in the header, as an explanatory, visual reference to (hopefully) show anyone who questioned the resignation.

Quite a simple and forthright worded resignation.

There should be no controversy.

There should be no conspiracy concerns.

Board members resign every day in the corporate world.
