All potential new investors...please read Loan's post.

It should be eye opening to you.

Loan wasn't being unreasonable when he described the appearance of actions and conduct of DECN as being second grade level behavior.

It continues a pattern here that's been in place from the get go. The focus on "ulterior" agendas is so great the actual Business acumen applied to "the structural exercise of running a business" has been nuked.

They are secondary in importance.

As Loan points out,and frankly I'll expand on his statement,Something is clearly amiss here at DECN.

Don't let DECN poison your mind by trying to dismiss these events. Anyone who has any kind of business experience can recognize when something is amiss. Trust your Common sense.
