The question proposed was for not only you but for all board attorneys.

You however failed or declined to respond to the basic question of why

would both parties drop litigation when we are talking a huge amount of

money? If Microsoft paid that much for their small amount of infingement

compared to handsets sold by Nokia, and Microsoft absorbed the Nokia

liability when they bought Nokia, then the comments made by IDCC about

the settlement that and not exactly their words but the essence was we

got paid for the Microsoft infringement and we agreed to withdraw all

litigation by both parties and there will be more to this than what has

been announced. One has to believe the more to this has to be Microsoft

pays a ton more or Microsoft buys IDCC. If Microsoft was not going to

pay IDCC any more because they didn't owe any more IDCC would have to

of so informed the shareholders of this action. Why the delay is it

because Microsoft wants to get a deal done with the party that acquired

the Nokia division? I sure don't know but I have my opinion is there

either will be a big lump coming to IDCC or you will be a owner of

Microsoft stock.

Surely you must have some sort of opinion as to the action taken by

both parties and the comments on the settlement so far.
