The question that keeps popping up in my head is; if there are so many clues pointing toward a buyout, how come the world hasn't figured it out?

well there are big red flags flapping in the wind;
delinquent 10k and 10q.
for any money manager not already familiar with the business or Amedica's products these flags will keep them from looking any further.
for months i was wondering the same thing and why haven't they gotten current on their financial filings?
the answer may be if they report they will have to reveal an offer and negotiations for takeover.
