The question that keeps popping up in my head is; if there are so many clues pointing toward a buyout, how come the world hasn't figured it out? The market is generally very efficient. There are well financed and very experienced firms that look for buyouts as a matter of course. Why haven't they found this nugget? Healthcare especially is a focus of Wall Street buyout firms. Where is everyone?
