Also large companies don't like to buy out in these cases. 95% of the time they can weasel out for much less. To get a buyout, UOIP has to have money ready to battle this out and a strong case. I think the strong case is there but who knows how deep the money pit is or if the people supplying it have a cap on what they are willing to provide. If it comes close they may just go with a settlement.
