How about our smart board attorneys commenting on the Microsoft agreement!


It would be nice if some of you smart people could explain the action

taken by IDCC and Miocrosoft in regards to the money paid by Microsoft

and the comments made by IDCC about further action and both sides

withdrawing any pending legal action. To me it should mean 1 of 2 things

Microsoft is either going to buy IDCC out completely or they will be

paying how much I don't know. If it isn't 1 of these 2 then in my mind

IDCC is for sure ran by idiots.



Let me add this as this prediction of mine may be why the board was so

willing to reward themselves so good. Otherwise they would be just

raping the investors. So far they haven't displayed anything that would

justify the bonuses they are being given. Normally you have to do

something that makes it appear you have earned a reward and right now

they can't justify the bonus.
