Anyone who is not connected with the company and can confirm things for you with the specificity you have requested would be speculating, at best, and totally without fhe specific knowledge required. Anyone who is part of the company doing so would be giving you an educated guess, at best, based on current estimates, contracts and expectations.

Anyone emphatically saying they know for certain about any date whatsoever, in either category, cannot have much certainty to back up their statement. Rather like, "We are going to do such and such next month" versus, "We are going to or we are expecting or we are hopeful of 'attempting' next month". Only times an event is not an expectation are when you hear 'bombs away' or, 'it's a boy!'. Even then, the bombs may be duds and these days, who knows with gender.....

I strongly expect BIEL share price to rise significantly on two occasions- when the FDA issues general OTC clearance on ActiPatch, instead of the absurdity of the half pregnant clearance on the foot and knee they issued in February and when BIEL announces it has documented an agreement of national scope in the U.S. When will those two tsunamis hit land? Soon.....shortly.....anytime....any day now....later!
