Interesting, I did not notice that. Feb16 is around the time that I found out about VBLT, so I am not sure I am any more help there.

My guess is that the difference was due to rounding in order to make the number sound as good as possible (59/4 = 14.75). I have been in several talks where doctors round down when reporting something negative (ie. 36% incidence rate of adverse events becomes 1/3 adverse events) and round up when reporting something positive (ie. 67% objective response rate becomes 7/10 patients were responders). Do you really think this one is worth reading more in to?
