I feel pretty confident calling that SPCL is in safe harbor. I mean it's often used for acquisitions to protect the company doing the acquiring. Watchful seems to agree and I think he asked Neil about it (but I'm not sure). Watchful mentioned some things that I just was too lazy to so he completed the puzzle.

whats kind of funny is that safe harbor is the name of the SEC rule but also the name of a shark repellant tactic prevent being from acquired...it's when a small company acquires a much larger company to prevent anyone from wanting to acquire them because it would be too big and messy.

Both appear to be happening. but hopefully this shiz happens soon im pretty annoyed here.
