i'm confused too. it should be 4-6 weeks to GET certificates from them.

But it's should be only 10 or so working days to transfer stock OUT of Ameritrade to another broker. (10 days usually for any transfer with any broker) BUt my last transfer happened in about a week/5 business days (FROM Scottrade TO Ameritrade)
