I agree. The only area of mild disagreement in our points of view, is that you and others have mentioned that the sellers have large holdings in VTSI and I think they are just average investors jumping around and are many more than just 2 or 3.

As to the other stuff, I believe I read a post that mentioned that I was the seller and if I incorrectly attributed that to you, I sincerely apologize.
