And the word from the SEC came already. You have 2 possibilities:

(1) DBMM does not accept the motion to revoke and the SEC judge enforces revocation at the administrative hearing.

(2) DBMM accepts the motion to revoke and DBMM is revoked prior to the administrative hearing.

There is no option 3. You probably will never hear from the company again.

Me too. My guess is they will remain silent until conclusion/outcome, but could be that early if they come to a favorable agreement today...just ignore all the noise this message will provoke; the only real words that matter will come from SEC or DBMM
