IMO, 0.38M or 382K Tiny shares position means Nothing since VGTL has about 500M ~ 600M shares OS and 2B shares AS! Anyway my position alone (A Few Millions shares) has Much Much Higher OS-Ownership than that so-called institution! Obviously that institution used the Obsoleted OS Data to calculate its OS-Ownership (1.41%). Note, my OS data is estimated by comparing VGTL and its peer's one-year trading volume since VGTL's TA is Gagged for the SS while the peer has transparent TA and updated SS as of 06/12/2017.
