wowalters, the 'taking was addressed...

...in the DC action.

...and settled in the GSA (Global Settlement Agreement).

...as part of the 7th Amended Confirmed Plan, as per the Disclosure Statement, approved by shareholders (that released of course for the benefits disclosed as fair and reasonable).

...again, the 'taking (the 5th in Amendment, not alt-sources) was settled.

...limited, of course, to the realm of reality.
