In accordance to 14th Civil Court of Santiago, at this date, the only Plaintiff at C-1912-2001 Trial v Minera Nevada SpA (Barrick), BCSC and TSX, are MSX client and MSX Lawyer in Chile.
Such legal confirmation remains filed at the 14th Civil Court of Santiago Chile, at this date, as previously issued to MSX Lawyer and client, on record. BCSC must have that on files, for sure.
In the trial against the ex president of Chile, the only Plaintiff is MSX client and the brand new defendants, include Barrick's top Chilean private banker plus the current president and family.
The existing criminal charges against the mining engineer that does not know and is employee of Barrick from 1995 to date, like the two legal matters above, have become part of the Libel and Damages action
At the 18th Civil Court of Santiago, an Order has been prevented by a filing from Barrick, that Order reads, deliver all data from MINA PASCUA UTM areas to the client of MSX in business with such areas. It was prevented by SAN JOSE INC the owner of PASCUA LAMA.
Barrick has USD1.05 and 0.000001% as Chile kitty to back BCSC/SLW/TSX. SAN JOSE INC owns 92% of the Chile assets to back BCSC,TSX and Barrick's filings at OSC and SEC.
Having reviewed ample data of public record I declare that the 19 pages of the Libel action won in Chile v. BCSC , TSX and Barrick, completely destroys BCSC, TSX, Barrick's and minions theories.
What I find legally missing or hidden from the public, are:
55 victories of GP a.k.a. you are a bad person right? and Barrick
TESOROS ownership in the name of Barrick or its Chile subsidiaries.
SERNAGEOMIN Permit to sell or to produce Gold, by TSX, BCSC or SLW/Royal Gold or even Barrick Gold Corporation at LAC MINERALS 1994 assets, as they are concessions of salts and nitrates.
TESOROS clean title, to back up the libel from BCSC and Barrick.
Proof that in Chile C-1912-2001 is not owned by MSX'S client 2017.
It appears as if BCSC, TSX and Barrick's insiders, are in cahoots.
