I'm interested in why you say this.

I know Kistler has a history of diluting his own companies and such. What are some examples of him selling a shell, having the purchaser file with the SEC that he's unaffiliated, only to have Kistler remain somehow and take the shareholders for everything?

That's what you're alleging is happening here, right?
