DRYS is the poster boy for the problems with toxic death spiral convertibles. Next time a poster tries to tell me that a company that issues toxic death spirals is OK and it will make it (they just need that little extra capital to make it big!), I will point them to DRYS to demonstrate why it won't.

Oh, and also the related party transactions. The insiders get rich at the shareholder's expense.

How many reverse splits has this been in just the last 3-4 years? I know it is 2 in just the last 2 or 2 1/2 months.
