Dear Sir,

The company cares about the shareholders and prospect investors. Indeed the share price dropped considerably and in our opinion it does not reflect the real value of the company because the Dry bulk business that we are into has tremendous prospect and opportunity ahead as reported publicly by major traders and investment bankers. As far as updating our investors we have a strict policy informing our investors after we enter definitive agreement because we do not wish to feed the market with rumors.
