saleen's delinquency in filing financials should scare everyone away from this POS. without official SEC filings, in which they are delinquent by 18 months, no one knows if things are turning around financially, or not.
judging from their 8k filings in the last year, the only thing happening here is more debt and a flood of shares. pictures of shiny cars mean nothing if no one knows what the profitability of each is, if any.
