I'm sticking with what the official at the SEC told me about Saleen. They would already have been delisted or unable to trade, maybe grey sheeted, if they hadn't put forth a good reason for not filing.

Just keep in mind this can only go on so long. I give Steve and company a better than 50% probability of filing this year.
