What seems to be happening is truly unconventional and hopefully state of the art.

Yes, The hints are there if one looks close enough and connects the dots. I believe one of the hold ups for the FDA overall is getting their in house computing to the level they need. Ariana has been working with the FDA from as far back as 2010, at least, on this type of computer related stuff.

Doc has had the presence of mind to engage with them early and get on the 21st Century track along with all the other prescient moves. Many of the dots have been posted here on this forum.

Also, longs being critical of other longs and the way they choose to be long, is ridiculous. I sure wish I could afford more common, but I'm not in that position. Let's give it a break! And be happy with what you have invested as an individual, don't worry about others and move on. I believe we have something special here let's not mess it all up nit picking at minutiae.
