Thank you for being here. And I'm truly delighted that we'll be receiving the 39¢ payout previously declared. This is great news, indeed. It tells me loud and clear that the media has seized upon NGL to create the "uh-oh! news factor."

A lifelong professional writer myself, I never made stuff up to impress readers. So I look upon articles promoting doom and gloom perspectives with extreme disdain. NGL is a fine company, I knew it all along; and seeing how they responded so decisively following my phone conversation with the CFO, I was even more impressed.

Today's action had to have been difficult, I know because I can see the strain on cash reserves. Yet I'm also seeing Management's determination to please its investors even if operations must be leaner, temporarily. This is character.
