Based on what documentation? It requires an 8K to notify change in Auditing Firms, so if the claim is "they are working on it" it would be yet again illegal as it requirks an 8K.

Better yet this pile of shit scam is in DEFAULT with its State of Incorporation of Nevada. That requires minimal effort and yet they can't seem to do that easy task.
