Did you even look at the link you posted? Those people are not employees and they are not on strike. They are artisanal miners protesting the governments actions to clean up the environment by eliminating the use of mercury in gold extraction. These traditional miners are protesting to be allowed to continue to mine and extract metals using mercury which pollutes the land, rivers and the Earth because that is the only way they know.
