The 8-K is quite revealing in one very specific way! It further supports the notion that CEO Seth Shaw's fragile ego must always find and identify a "scapegoat". Below is one sentence that was included in the 8-K!

This money that Crystal Research alleged was owed is related to a March 13, 2014 “Public Relations Services” contract entered into by the Company’s previous Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Stella Sung.

How many times would there ever be this sort of commentary, i.e. "previous Chief Executive Officer", included in an 8-K! There should have been a "period" after "Public Relations Services contract". THE END! There was no need to add anything more! Unfortunately Seth Shaw is ALWAYS focused on "deflecting blame"!

Yes CEO Seth Shaw, we agree that Dr. Stella Sung did sign the contract! And one might bet, since the lawsuit was settled for cash, representing roughly 60% of the original bill, plus 11,000,000 company shares, the Plaintiff actually performed PR services for TAUG! Were the services worth it? Who knows? Did TAUG owe the bill? Certainly! The contract was actually signed two weeks after Seth Shaw resigned as TAUG's CEO. Did the VP of Strategic Development, Seth Shaw, have a role in selecting Crystal Research for the PR work? If not, why not?

To Seth Shaw: Nice job throwing Dr. Sung under the bus! Do you feel better now?
