To be clear ... I am not convinced that it works the way that you portray. DCVax-L is an experimental drug. Under certain criteria, it can be administered under compassionate use. And perhaps it is still an option for McCain to get DCVax-L treatment in Germany with self-pay under the Hospital Exemption. But the FDA & NWBO cannot simply "bend the rules a bit" and go ahead & provide this treatment to McCain or other politicians or other "important people" or rich people etc .... until the FDA approves DCVax-L.
