Yeah, Fred Schiemann, I didn't mean for it to sound like "partner", meant in a way of partner as in only 2 of them left in the company. The filing painted a grim outlook if either of them leaves the company.

Also, why is this their home office a small house in Reno and the phone number he publishes is in FL to a company that didn't even know he was using their number? Seemed sketchy to me.

and then there is the large AS and OS. A lot of factors weighed in my decision to sell. I am not saying pieces "might" be coming together but at this point, this shell isn't an ideal candidate with the structure. My opinion in what I like in a stock to trade.

I foolishly jumped in this in 2014 on volume and got trapped the same day, newbie mistakes. Needless to say big boards and OTC are 2 completely different ways of trading, I learned a great deal about penny stocks since and no longer make the same mistakes.

I have alerts set if this ever makes a move but at this point I'm out and watching
