I think you're referring to Fred Schiemann but he was never a partner. He was brought in as CFO to get things cleaned up which he did. We got Audited financials done and the SEC and OTC accepted this and brought us to current. His job was done so he moved on. No need to keep him around racking up unnecessary costs.

We are a lot further along than 3 years ago (before SEC filings and current status being achieved) I highly doubt this goes back to no bid. There was a good amount of volume in the 3s & 4s as well. I think a few folks bailed bringing us back down to the 2s but our path back up should be easy with a bit of volume.
