A few things:

1. Brent Toevs is still involved in more of an outside sales role selling Jammin Java in the OCS Market. You will find that in an announcement.
2. JAMN is actually selling real coffee both in bags and single serve cups. There are multiple posts that show exactly where. I can attest to this as I have purchased it.
3. The damages amount in not a final verdict. JAMN filed papers in court on 6/29 disputing the damages amount. You can check the court papers for proof of that.
4. TBEV DID have an actual product that was sold on Amazon...
