I have done DD since 2015. Every time i dig deeper, the more fraud i find.


1- GO FIGURE OUT WHO OWNS NOVALERE HOLDING LLC that was registered just before buying that company with 100% shares(diluting our company). IT;s 25M shares!
2- POOR GUIDANCE OF FLUTICARE FDA APPROVAL. NEVER SEEN a company who has lack of guidance or updates about FDA approval. The more i think about it, they used to pump up the price last year to 0.60+ to dilute the shit out of it.
3- They keep changing their Earnings SIGNIFICANTLY. They guaranteed 15M for this year, but now, they changed to 10-15M.... that;s a 33% swing in sales guidance.
4- they said positive earnings for this year. I SEE NO SIGN OF BEING POSITIVE EARNINGS.
5- they keep diluting shares. from 70M to 150M to 190M(Estimated end of Q2). All this within 1 year.
